Ender Pearls now drop you where the pearl was just before it hit, the same as in Java. Frogs and adult Turtles stuck in water now swim to land, and Android players with a keyboard get working Tab autocomplete and word delete. There are also new tooltips and lots of small menu fixes.

What changed in beta 26.70.22?

Gameplay

• Ender Pearl now puts you where it was one tick before it hit, like in Java.
• Fixed teleporting into the side of a block giving you effects meant for standing on top of it.
• Fixed teleporting treating you as still on the ground when you might not be.

Mobs

• Frogs in deep water now swim up and climb out onto nearby land.
• Adult Turtles now leave the water and walk onto nearby land instead of staying in it.

Controls

• Fixed Tab in chat typing a strange "Õ" on Android with a keyboard. It now autocompletes commands.
• Ctrl+Backspace and Ctrl+Delete on an Android keyboard now erase a whole word.
• Number keys now move items from your hotbar into a Furnace, Blast Furnace or Smoker.

Graphics

• Platform-only skins like Mario Mash-up skins now show up in local worlds on Nintendo Switch.
• Fixed some animations playing too fast in split screen.
• Fixed block cracking looking too dark on Icicles, Straw Beds and similar blocks.

Accessibility

• 14 more items now have tooltips, and tooltips for Smithing Templates, workstations, tools and enchantments got updates.
• Fixed closed captions flashing for a moment and vanishing after you close a menu.
• Brushing Suspicious Sand all the way now shows a closed caption.

Interface

• Fixed icons sometimes flickering on the achievements screen.
• Fixed the main menu showing an extra "1." in front of the version number.
• When you move packs with a keyboard or controller, the pack you are moving stays selected, and Back cancels the move.
• Marketplace Pass in Settings > Subscriptions now shows how many days you have left.

Sounds

• Fixed music discs playing twice when a split-screen player joins.
• The pocket jukebox no longer changes how you move.
