X-Ray Glow | Best X ray

This pack redraws the ore blocks you dig for, giving each one a visible outline so it reads against the stone around it. Ancient debris, coal, copper, diamond, emerald and gilded blackstone are all covered, along with the other ores in the game. Everything is painted at 16x, so the style stays close to vanilla while the ores themselves become much easier to pick out.

Because the changes are only visual, mining stays the same as normal and achievements are not affected. According to the creator it also works on servers. In play, tunnels and cave walls look less like a uniform grey mass, since the valuable blocks announce themselves instead of blending in.

The pack also ships with material maps, and those extra lighting effects only appear when Vibrant Visuals is enabled. With it on, the ores glow, which makes spotting them even simpler in dark areas. Keep in mind that the pack targets version 1.21.0 and above, and the material effects depend on that mode being active.
