FPS Booster Pack

This pack goes after the things that slow your game down the most. It strips away loads of particle effects, flattens block and cloud textures, and changes fog so the game draws less far away. You can pick Turbo for the biggest speed boost or Lite if you still want a clear view.

Numbers do a lot of the work here: Turbo silences 171 particle effects and Lite silences 45. Water, bubble columns and fire get simpler textures in Turbo, and the cloud layer drops to two colours. Grass and nylium lose their side overlays so each face uses one texture instead of stacking a tinted layer on top.

The pack also flattens 224 interface textures, drops the colour maps to muted tones, and pulls down the volume on lots of mobs and sound events. There's an options screen you open by tapping the gear on the pack, where you can tune particle density, cap bursts per effect, and switch groups of effects on or off. Nothing changes until you move a slider.

How to install FPS Booster Pack

1. Download the FPS Booster Pack file. It ends with .mcpack.
2. Open the file. Minecraft will import it for you.
3. In Minecraft, turn on the FPS Booster Pack. Use Global Resources for all worlds, or one world's Resource Packs for just that world.
4. Tap the gear button next to the pack. Pick one of the 2 options you like.
