Starter House Survival

This collection gives you a finished house to move into instead of punching trees on day one. Each of the roughly two dozen worlds centres on a different home build, so you can look through them and settle on the one that suits how you like to play, then carry on from there in survival mode.

Two rules are switched on in these worlds. Inventory items stay with you after dying, which softens the usual punishment for a bad cave trip or a fall, and Achievements remain enabled so progress still counts. Playing with the default survival ruleset and keeping your stuff after death is the main thing that separates this from a fresh randomly generated world.

The worlds are saved files that load straight into the game, and they are listed for desktop and mobile editions as well as consoles, with multiplayer available so friends can join the same house. The available saves cover several numbered builds, and some come in a second Hardcore variant alongside the standard version.

How to install Starter House Survival

1. Download the Starter House Survival file to your phone.
2. Tap the file to open it. Minecraft will import it for you.
3. Open Minecraft and go to your worlds list. The map will be there.
4. Tap the map to start playing.
