Solar Shaders

This shader reshapes the visual mood of the game with custom colour grading, atmosphere and fog that shift from biome to biome, alongside lighting curves for the sun and moon. Skies move through gold, rose and blue from dawn until midnight, and shadows sit soft rather than harsh. Water gets animated surface waves and caustics, so rivers and oceans read as moving rather than flat.

In play the effect leans warm and cinematic, closer to a long late afternoon than a neutral daytime. God rays fall through foliage, particles such as aurora, shooting stars, wind streaks, sand and snow dust, birds and butterflies drift through the air, and light sources are tinted instead of plain white. End dimension effects and meteors change that area too. Two quality options can be picked while playing, and a subpack turns the particles off for weaker devices. It only shows its effects when the Vibrant Visuals mode is switched on.

How to install Solar Shaders

1. Tap the Solar Shaders file you downloaded. Minecraft opens and imports it for you.
2. Open Minecraft. Turn on Solar Shaders under Global Resources for all worlds, or under Resource Packs for one world.
3. After you turn it on, tap the gear button next to the pack to pick one of its 2 options.
4. The shaders show their effects with the game's graphics settings the pack was made for.

Requirements

• Works with Minecraft 26.50, 26.40, 26.30, 26.20
• Built for Minecraft Bedrock's Vibrant Visuals mode -- its effects only show with Vibrant Visuals enabled in the video settings
• 2 quality presets selectable in-game: Resolution Default (memory tier 0), Resolution High (memory tier 1)
