Silk Touch Spawners

Normally a broken spawner is gone for good. This addon changes that: hit one with a Silk Touch pickaxe and it drops as an item, mob and all, ready to be carried and placed somewhere else. The creature inside stays intact, so you can rebuild a farm or relocate a spawner without hunting for a new one.

Out of the box only a Netherite pickaxe will do the job, which keeps the trick feeling earned rather than routine. A settings menu opened through a chat command lets you decide which pickaxe tiers qualify, switch the whole addon on or off without leaving the world, and set a percentage chance for the drop instead of it always happening.

Because the spawner is handled as a real item rather than a scripted trick, moving one around fits naturally into normal play. It is built to sit alongside other behavior and resource packs, to keep working when several players are on the same server, and to respond to translation, so it slots into an existing world rather than replacing it.

Features

• Breaking a spawner with Silk Touch yields the block itself
• The creature stored inside travels with the item
• Default setting restricts the drop to Netherite pickaxes
• Options menu lets you pick which pickaxe tiers count
• Drop probability can be set anywhere from one to one hundred percent
• Toggle the whole feature on or off from inside the world

How to install Silk Touch Spawners

1. Download the Silk Touch Spawners file to your phone. It ends with .mcpack.
2. Tap the file to open it. Minecraft will import the addon for you.
3. Now turn the pack on. Use Global Resources for all worlds, or one world's Resource Packs.
4. In that world's settings, open Experiments. Turn on Beta APIs.
5. Open the world and play. Silk Touch can now pick up spawners.
