Roll and Stamina

This addon layers a few movement systems onto ordinary play. A quick tap of sneak sends your character into a roll, and the direction follows where you are already moving, so you can also roll backward. Pairing a jump with a roll gives extra height, which helps when you need to clear a gap or get away from something close behind you.

Running, jumping and rolling all draw from a stamina bar that sits beneath the experience bar. Empty it and your speed drops and jumping is blocked for a short while. Sleeping refills it, and potion effects change how fast it drains. Taking a hit also slows you down for a few seconds, though damage from poison and wither is ignored. A separate roll meter appears next to the health bar.

Beyond those two core systems, the pack adds several traversal options: climbing ledges and walls, crawling through small openings, a craftable glider made from paper and sticks, a rope that works like an alternative to scaffolding, and a grapple item that pulls you toward a point. Fatigue builds as you mine and fight, and once it gets high you pick up weakness and longer exhaustion.

How to install Roll and Stamina

1. Download the Roll and Stamina file to your phone. It is a .mcpack file.
2. Tap the file. Minecraft will open and import the pack.
3. Turn on Roll and Stamina. Use Global Resources for all worlds, or one world's Resource Packs.
4. Open Minecraft and your pack is ready to play.
