Raiyon's More Shields

This addon expands the shield slot with a variant for each wood type, so your block choice now decides what happens when enemies strike. A plain shield made from mixed planks remains craftable, letting you fall back on the familiar option if you prefer.

Each variant carries its own defensive twist built around blocked hits. Some retaliate with fire, wind or sound, others drain or stun attackers, and a few grant health, absorption or a summoned guardian. Timing your blocks becomes a way to trigger these effects instead of only reducing damage.

Copper shields visually wear down as they take punishment, shifting their colour and dimming the glow they cast. Waxing them halts that change, while letting them oxidise deepens the bonus damage they apply to whoever hits you. Enchanting, wielding and blocking all feed into how each shield behaves in a fight, and achievements stay enabled throughout.

How to install Raiyon's More Shields

1. Download Raiyon's More Shields on your phone.
2. Tap the file to open it. Minecraft will add it for you.
3. Make a new world or edit an old one.
4. Turn on the behavior pack in Behavior Packs.
5. Start the world and play.
