Adds a post-apocalyptic survival layer with injuries, scarce supplies, hostile survivors, drivable cars and fog that shifts between biomes.
This addon rebuilds the game around scarcity and injury. You track hydration, treat wounds, set broken bones and cure infections picked up from the undead. Each problem needs its own item: cloth wraps, splints, morphine or a syringe, so a bad fight can leave you limping until you find the right supplies.
The zombies are not all the same. Some drag themselves along the ground, some close distance fast, so the way you fight changes depending on what is coming. Firearms and melee gear are available, but noise draws more of them, which makes a quiet approach worth considering.
Beyond the enemies, the world itself has been redone. Trees and nature have taken back the map, structures you can explore dot the landscape, and new decorative and crafting blocks let you build with the theme. Vehicles can be found or assembled to cross that terrain, night vision goggles help after dark, and each biome carries its own fog and mood.
UI screens and audio have been given attention as well. Ambient sounds and distance cues make the environment feel occupied, and the crafting and inventory screens do not look like plain vanilla.
