Origins BE

This addon lets you pick an origin when you begin a game. Each origin is a kind of creature, like a bird person, a spider, or a cat, and each one gives you special abilities. Not all of them are good news: most also come with a downside that keeps things fair.

You get powers you can trigger yourself, plus passive traits that change how you play. For example, some origins can climb walls, some float down slowly instead of taking fall damage, and one can throw a pearl to teleport. Each has limits too, like only eating meat or having fewer hearts. There is also a plain human option if you want the normal game.

On top of the origins, the addon redoes items, the interface and particles at 16x, and it adds PBR materials with MER maps for those who use them. Overall it feels like a fresh spin on survival where your body decides your play style, and the trade-offs push you to plan around your weaknesses.

How to install Origins BE

1. Download the Origins BE file to your phone. It ends in .mcaddon.
2. Tap the file. Minecraft opens and imports it for you.
3. Open your world settings. Turn on both Origins BE packs: the behavior pack and the resource pack.
4. Start the world. Origins BE is now ready to play.

Requirements

• Minecraft Bedrock / PE 26.40 or newer
• Both packs active in the same world (behavior + resource)
