Every Bedrock § colour and format code, with the Bedrock-only material colours, a live preview for chat, signs and name tags, and symbols to copy.
Minecraft Bedrock colours text with the section sign, §, followed by one letter or number: §a is green, §l is bold, §r puts everything back to normal. It works in chat, on signs, in books, on name tags and item names, and in the text of your own addons and servers. Bedrock also has codes Java doesn't. §g is Minecoin gold, and §h through §v are "material" colours such as quartz, netherite, redstone, copper, diamond, lapis, amethyst and resin. Two of them, §m and §n, mean strikethrough and underline on Java but are colours on Bedrock, which surprises a lot of players.
The text maker lets you pick colours instead of remembering codes. Type your text, tap a colour, and see it the way it will look in chat, on a sign, on a name tag or as an item name. Then copy it as plain § text, as a ready /tellraw or /titleraw command, or escaped for scripts. Phones have no § key, so you can type & instead. The symbol grid has hearts, stars, arrows, lines and more, all characters that Bedrock's font can actually draw.
How to use
- In Text maker, type your text, then tap a colour or style (select words first to colour just those).
- Switch the preview between Chat, Sign, Name tag and Item name to see how it will look.
- Pick Copy as (plain §, /tellraw, /titleraw, script, or & codes) and tap Copy.
- Open Code list to copy a single code, or Symbols to search and tap symbols to copy.
