Expands exploration with new biomes, mobs, and retextured content while keeping a semi-vanilla feel.
This addon introduces more than eighteen new biomes to seek out, each with its own atmosphere and fog profile. The goal is a semi-vanilla experience, so the new areas feel like natural extensions of the world rather than a complete overhaul.
Alongside the biomes come new creatures, blocks, and items. You might encounter scorpions in deserts, chimpanzees in jungles, or outlaws in badlands. Each mob has distinct behaviour, from taming raccoons to riding warthogs. The addon also retextures blocks, items, and entities at 16x resolution.
In play, the new biomes and mobs add variety to exploration without losing the familiar feel. However, the addon may not work well on older or slower devices, and conflicts can arise with other biome addons. Some minor visual issues, like leaves rendering oddly at a distance, have been noted.

How to install Expansive Biomes
- Tap the download button to get the Expansive Biomes file on your phone.
- Open the file you just downloaded. Minecraft will import it for you.
- Start a new world or open one you already have.
- Turn on both packs: the behavior pack and the resource pack.
- Tap the gear button next to the pack and pick one of the 2 options.
