Replaces some mob sounds with background sounds that change with the biome and time of day, plus echoes on stone and dripstone and cleaner weather audio.
This pack swaps out certain creature noises for background nature sounds instead. Rather than hearing the usual grunts and calls at full volume, you get bird songs, wind, leaf rustle and other outdoor textures tied to where you are standing and when. Animals do keep some of their original audio, so nothing feels completely silent or stripped away.
Each replacement is matched to a biome and the hours the creature tends to appear in. Chickens, pigs and cows often carry chirping or rustling leaves, while sheep bring plain wind. Goats produce mountain gusts, ocelots tropical jungle noise, and bats drip water with echoing calls. Night hours lean toward owl and ambient sounds, and swamp frogs add their own layer.
On top of those sounds, some vanilla audio is reworked. Rain and flowing water sound fuller, dripstone droplets echo, and footsteps on stone, deepslate or dripstone block return a lingering repeat. Cave sounds can be removed entirely with the alternate version if the sudden roars bother you. Note that sounds continue to play out even after the creature producing them is gone, since tracks run quite long, and echoing footsteps on stone happen in daylight too.
