Durability Viewer

This pack puts the remaining life of your gear right where you are already looking. The item in your main hand gets a durability readout on the HUD, and container screens like your inventory or a chest show the same figure in the hover text.

When an item is about to break, falling under a fifth of its total life, the display starts blinking as an alert. If you also enable the behavior pack, the bottom left corner of the HUD gains separate readouts for your armor pieces and your shield.

The behavior pack is optional. Without it you still get the tool durability and container hover text. With it, armor and shield values appear on screen as well. Options can be adjusted through a config file if you want to change how the display behaves.

How to install Durability Viewer

1. Download the file called Durability Viewer. It ends with .mcpack.
2. Open the file. Minecraft will import it for you.
3. Open Minecraft. Go to Global Resources to turn it on for all worlds.
4. Or open one world. Go to Resource Packs there to turn it on for that world only.
