The Broken Script

This pack turns your world into a slow, creepy place. It does not throw jump scares at you right away. Instead it waits and lets odd things happen over time, so you start to feel like something is watching.

Random events can pop up while you play. Blocks and items look different at 64x, the screen menus get a new look, and the fog and feel of the air change from one biome to the next. A few strange creatures and glitches are along for the ride too.

Be warned: this pack can mess with your world. It can break your builds, change the land around you, and even kick you out of the game. There is also a VHS style screen overlay, which you can switch off if it bothers you. Play a new world, not one you care about.

How to install The Broken Script

1. Download The Broken Script file. It ends with .mcaddon.
2. Tap the file. Minecraft opens and imports it for you.
3. Make a new world. In the world settings, turn on both packs. They are a behavior pack and a resource pack.
4. Still in world settings, open Experiments. Turn on Beta APIs.
5. Start the world. The addon is now ready to play.

Requirements

• Minecraft Bedrock / PE 26.50
• Experiments turned on in the world: Beta APIs
• Both packs active in the same world (behavior + resource)
