This map drops you inside a spooky hospital. You walk dark halls, look for clues about what happened there, and find your way through puzzles. Scary surprises wait along the way.

The pack also swaps the look of blocks, items and mobs for a creepy style, so rooms and objects feel like part of the story. It runs on newer game versions, and the download comes as a world file you simply open. How far can you get before the hospital shows its secrets?

How to install Horror Hospital

1. Open the Horror Hospital .mcworld file on your device. Minecraft will import it for you.
2. Wait for the import to finish. Then open Minecraft.
3. Go to your worlds list. Find the new Horror Hospital world.
4. Open the world settings. Turn on both the behavior pack and the resource pack.
5. Start the world and have fun!

Requirements

• Minecraft Bedrock / PE 1.21.94 or newer
• Both packs active in the same world (behavior + resource)
